These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RedRank (the "Service"), operated by RedRank ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RedRank monitors Reddit for conversations relevant to your product and scores each one from 0 to 100 for purchase intent using AI (Google Gemini). It flags threads that rank in Google's top 10 results ("Google-ranked") for your keywords, alerts you when competitors are mentioned, and generates reply drafts you can copy and post. RedRank is a discovery and drafting tool: by default nothing is posted to your Reddit account, and any reply you copy is posted manually by you. Pro plans also offer assisted self-posting - an optional browser extension, off by default, that you install and connect to your account. Once connected, RedRank can submit replies you have explicitly approved, one at a time; there is no generate-and-post-automatically mode, you remain the author of every reply, and you are solely responsible for what you post and how you engage on Reddit. The extension posts from your own logged-in Reddit session in your own browser: we never receive or store your Reddit credentials and never post through our servers, and you can pause or disconnect it at any time. We also offer optional, operator-fulfilled services (High Karma comments and Custom Tasks) described in Section 5.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree not to share credentials or create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or credit allowances.
The Service is offered only on paid plans (Starter and Pro, billed monthly or yearly) through our payments provider, Dodo Payments. There is no free tier and no free trial. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the self-serve billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We may change pricing, features, or plan structure; we will give advance notice of material changes.
Most actions are metered in credits: AI scoring 0.1, AI reply draft 0.1, AI keyword suggestion 1, High Karma comment (operator-fulfilled) 10. Credits live in two buckets: a monthly allowance that resets each cycle (unused credits do not roll over - they are lost at reset), and purchased top-ups that persist month to month while your subscription is active. Credits are drawn from your monthly allowance first, then top-ups. An active subscription is required to use credits. If your subscription is cancelled or lapses, both balances are set to zero and forfeited; your account data (keywords, threads, replies, settings) is preserved so you can resume if you re-subscribe. AI-generated output is non-refundable once produced.
As an optional add-on, our team can post a comment on your behalf: a High Karma comment (our team manually posts a single comment from a warmed, high-karma Reddit account on a thread you select, typically 10 credits) or a Custom Task (our team manually fulfills a comment request for a specific Reddit URL). For both, the deliverable is a single comment posted by our account on the target thread. We may edit your text to comply with Reddit's and the subreddit's rules. Once posted, a comment is subject to normal Reddit dynamics - moderator removal, deletion by the original poster, downvoting. We do not guarantee permanence, placement, visibility, or any upvote count. These services may not be available at all times.
Our refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: monthly subscription fees are non-refundable (on cancellation your plan stays active through the paid cycle and does not renew); annual plans may be refundable within a limited window as described in the Refund Policy; we refund charges made in error. Purchased credit top-ups are non-refundable once bought except for billing errors or where required by law. AI output is non-refundable once produced. For the Section 5 services, credits are returned if we cannot post the comment (failed order) or if you cancel while the order is still queued; we do not refund for moderator removal, OP deletion, downvotes, or other post-publication Reddit dynamics. Except where law requires, credit refunds are issued as credits, not cash. If this Section conflicts with the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy controls. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights under local law.
You agree not to use the Service for spam, harassment, deceptive practices, unlawful content, or anything that violates Reddit's terms or content policy, a subreddit's rules, or others' rights. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and platform rules for anything you post - including Reddit's terms and content policy, each subreddit's rules, and any disclosure obligations that apply when you promote a product (such as the material-connection disclosure required by the FTC's Endorsement Guides, 16 CFR Part 255, where they apply to you). This is true however the reply reaches Reddit: whether you copy and paste it yourself or approve it for the optional assisted self-posting extension (Section 1), you approve every reply before it goes out and you are its author. Once a reply is live, ordinary Reddit dynamics - moderator removal, deletion by the original poster, downvoting - are not a failure of the Service; what we deliver is the submitted reply, not its permanence. We may reject a task, or suspend or terminate an account, for conduct that violates these Terms.
You may not use the Service in connection with content that is: adult/NSFW; related to illegal products or activities; misinformation, deliberately deceptive content, or political astroturfing; hateful, discriminatory, or harassing; or infringing on others' rights. Violations may result in task rejection, suspension, or termination without refund.
We retain all rights to the Service, including its technology, design, and branding. You retain rights to the content you create. AI-generated drafts and scores are provided for your use; you are responsible for reviewing any draft before posting, and you represent you have the right to use any brand names, product information, and materials you submit.
Intent scores, Google-ranked flags, competitor alerts, keyword suggestions, and reply drafts are AI-generated estimates only - they may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date, and monitoring may not capture every relevant discussion. We do not guarantee outcomes, that any post will remain live, that a thread will reach a particular score or ranking, or that engagement will meet any target. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before relying on or posting it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Third-party platforms (including Reddit and Google) control their own moderation, ranking, and algorithms, beyond our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedRank is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from content removals, policy changes, or third-party platform actions; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. You use the Service at your own risk.
To provide the Service we share the data needed to operate it with processors including Supabase (database and authentication), Google Gemini (AI scoring/drafting - the product info, keywords, and thread content you provide are sent to generate scores and drafts), Apify (Reddit data), Serper.dev (Google-ranked detection), Dodo Payments (billing), Resend (email), and Crisp (optional support chat). Each user's data is isolated through row-level security, and we do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account anytime from Settings, which permanently removes your data. When a subscription is cancelled or lapses, your credit balances are forfeited (Section 4) while your account data is preserved until you delete the account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for unlawful or abusive use.
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Feature availability and usage limits vary by subscription plan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
